Clare brings more than 15 years media, marketing and management experience, particularly across Film and TV, having worked in product management for Universal Pictures on DreamWorks Film and for Anchor Bay Entertainment as Global Brand Director based in both London and Chicago, before joining ITV Studios in 2007 as Commercial Director leading to Director of UK managing the Sales and Marketing for ITV's £30m Home Entertainment product portfolio.
Utilising her extensive sales and marketing experience, Clare will champion content marketing as an effective tool for brands. In particular, she will be responsible for attracting a greater diversity of members to build on the strong foundation of the CMA to the benefit of all its members.

Amanda spent six years at one of our largest agency members, working with the production and editorial teams for Land Rover and Volvo, on both the print and digital side.
Now in her fourth year at the CMA, Amanda brings a high level of experience and understanding of the content marketing industry to the team. Her mission is to grow the industry and promote the genre of content marketing through CMA events, strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Her passion for all things digital also means she's up to date with the latest digital trends and innovations, which shapes the line-up of our monthly digital breakfasts and digital activity.

Luke Tyson, Events and Marketing Executive

Luke brings marketing, communications and research skills to the CMA, as well as extensive experience in areas such as IT services and politics. He's also currently studying for a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the Open University
Luke manages the research requirements for CMA members and the wider industry, equipping members with the necessary tools to win new business and prove the effectiveness of content marketing as a discipline. This is in addition to keeping up with the latest consumer insights, marketing trends and attitudes within the marketing industry.

Gemma has been immersed in the world of content marketing for many years, having come to the CMA after working for one of the country's leading luxury lifestyle groups before being employed by a large CMA member agency.
As Member and Events Executive, Gemma is the first port of call for all member enquiries, no matter how big or small, and it's her mission to promote the members to brands, clients, marketers and the wider industry through the CMA's external communications.
